Lucy Moon

Lucy Moon is the Head of Regulation and Strategy at Energy Networks Australia.

Lucy is responsible for developing, negotiating, and communicating economic regulatory policy and strategy. With a key focus on the transformation of the energy sector, Lucy works with networks, market bodies and consumer groups to support innovative and efficient network services for Australian communities. Prior to her role at Energy Networks Australia, Lucy led Power and Water Corporation’s regulation and pricing teams as the utility transitioned to the national regime.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University, and a Master of Economics with honours in econometrics from the University of Sydney.
