Energy Networks Australia CEO Andrew Dillon has highlighted the need for stability in the regulation of energy network businesses to ensure investment risk is not heightened and consumer interests are protected. Mr Dillon said the volatility of policy making of the past two decades had resulted in unintended consequences that had impacted networks and customers.
